I had an issue with my heater not working properly and reached out to Stay-Cool. They were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. Tony was the technician who came, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing great service. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail. It’s nice knowing that Tony, the owner, is the one showing up if he’s available, because his expertise really shines through. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable, professional HVAC service!

Anthony was a great repairman. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The office said he would be there next day, but expedited the call when she found out our house was warm and uncomfortable. I need a new unit and will use them in the future. I notified my neighbors and several said they would call them next time their A/C needed repairs. They all were great with outstanding customer service.

The staff at StayCool were all great!  From the receptionist to the gentlemen that came out here, they were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  They got everything taken care of for me quickly and efficiently.  Their 48 hour follow-up was helpful since I had more questions I’d forgotten to ask.  Highly recommend calling them for AC/heating needs.

I would highly recommend using Stay Cool. Tony Navarro and his team provided excellent service and communication and a very timely repair. Definitely A class operation!This is my 2nd time using Stay-Cool Air Conditioning, this time I had them replace my entire HVAC system with a new air handler, heater, and out side compressor in my ranch house. Tony and his team did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new system.
